Our reading
READ FIRSTWitness 2's statement to AARO, the fullest of the five, covers three October 2023 incidents: a bright orb expelling red lights about five times in half an hour; lights that seemed to mimic vehicle headlights and a box truck while gliding over rough terrain; and a single light the agents could not catch at about 80 miles per hour. The agent calls the objects "highly reactive" to their approach. The agent also refers to video footage and audio, while AARO's update (DOW-UAP-D077) says no video was collected.
Three separate measures, each with its reason. They are never added into a score.
E Evidence 1 of 3
One agent's first-hand narrative, though it states that the partner and other teams saw the same objects; no instrument data in the file.
N Novelty 2 of 3
First release of the witness's own words; the event itself was summarized in Release 01's Western US Event slides.
L Linkage 3 of 3
An AARO memorandum for record carrying the narrative, signed by Jon T. Kosloski.
