Official summary, as published
This document is a transcript of a 15-minute video recording contained in this collection under the title LLE-UAP-PR002, captured by a law enforcement officer in Colorado in October 2023. AARO removed the audio from the original recording to protect information whose release could reasonably be expected to affect the privacy or other protected interests of a U.S. person or commercial entity. This transcript is also redacted to protect the identity of the reporter and sensitive law enforcement information.
All descriptive and estimative language in this transcript reflects the reporter’s subjective interpretation at the time of the event. Such characterizations should not be interpreted as a conclusive indication of the presence or absence of any intrinsic object features or performance characteristics.

Our reading
READ FIRSTTranscript of a 15-minute phone video a Colorado law enforcement officer recorded in October 2023; AARO stripped the audio from the clip itself. The officer says it is "the second night in a row", that the lights "stay there for hours" and fly "in triangular motions", that one shined a "bright red and blue beam" into the patrol vehicle the night before, and that they have vanished "at like supersonic speed". Release 06 is the only release so far with local law enforcement files (LLE-UAP-D001 to D004, PR001 to PR004).
Three separate measures, each with its reason. They are never added into a score.
E Evidence 1 of 3
One officer's spoken narration over a phone video, with references to sightings on earlier nights.
N Novelty 3 of 3
October 2023 local police footage first released here; no earlier publication was found in this task.
L Linkage 2 of 3
Names AARO, which received the report and withheld the audio; no other board entity.
